Refund policy

At RootRevive, we stand behind the authenticity of our products. Due to the personal hygiene and medical nature of hair restoration devices, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

1. Return Window & Condition
You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the CapillusĀ® device must be **brand new, unused, unopened, and in its original factory-sealed packaging** with all plastic wraps, tags, and accessories intact.Ā 

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at liufhfj@gamil.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
A **15% restocking fee** will be deducted from your refund for all approved high-value electronic returns to cover inspection and processing costs.

4. Warranty & Defective Items
If your device experiences a technical malfunction, please contact our support team immediately. While we ensure the product is authentic upon sale, factory warranty coverage is subject to the original manufacturer's terms for independent resale. We will assist you with troubleshooting or exchange options for verified defective arrivals within the first 30 days.
